Héloïse de Gaulmyn

Welcome to my website! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST) at École Polytechnique, France, under the supervision of Pr. Geoffrey Barrows and Pr. Clément Malgouyres.

My research interests lie in environmental economics and industrial organization, with applications to electricity markets — particularly local air pollution, electricity market design, and transmission constraints.

Work in progress

Coal phase-out and health in Europe. Co-authored with Wolfram Schlenker.
